I have a secret to spill.  I don't like working with wire.  In fact, I really hate it.  I can do it, but I don't really like it.  Some people are brilliant at working with wire, and I admire those who do because it really is an art of it's own.  Manipulating wire.  But it's left me stuck in a rut, and I am asking for your help.

Sometimes I feel like an old woman who lives in her shoe because I have this disconnect with the outside world.  I'm not big on social media, I'd rather spend my time sipping tea in the yard, going for a walk, or reading a book.  And I love magazines, ohhh magazines...  catalogs, books in print.  I guess I am just old fashioned, but there is something comforting about flipping through a good magazine and absorbing all it's pages.

Okay so back to my point.  Well I have two points.  One is that I'm really trying to make a
genuine effort to blog more.  It's just happened recently.  I get daily reminders from Valerie's blog EverydayInspired, and I'm also constantly inspired by my sweet friend Kathy's blog PaperPumpkin.  She did a post about a recent vacation of hers, and how she meet one of her blog friends along the way, that it got me to clicking and visiting other blogs and I want you to know, that okay another secret  I really want to be a good blogger!  And I really want to make more jewelry!!  But I need your help.  I'm trying to get inspired.

It's been hard for me to accept that it's okay to make jewelry without beads and wire.  And it's okay to make things that are simple.  Simple is me, simple is my style.  I like quality, but I like affordable too, and I like simple.  Though there is a part of me that is trying to grow into my age, and start connecting with my girly side, she's coming out... but she's a late bloomer too.

So I want to know.  What are your favorite fashion magazines, catalogs, blogs, websites, etc. that you look to for inspiration each month.  What do you subscribe to?!  I am a magazine junkie, always have been, but I'm looking for some new inspiration and I'm hoping you can help me find it.  What are your favorites? ♥
