This field is behind our neighbors house...
Usually it's just a field
with a tiny little creek run off, further along the way...
until we got 6 inches of rain yesterday.
So the weather man says the worst is over, but there are lots of creeks
and rivers and roadways around here that are flooded...
Sounds like we are not the only ones...
Winter has arrived all over the place, and with a vengeance.

I've been wondering about you and am glad you're not flooded but it sure is close! We live up high enough to not have problems but the same can't be said for the town. I hope the worst is over!
Yikes! This looks more like March to me than any month that is considered a winter month. Get a boat... or at least a floaty and make the best of it!
Very appropriate place for them to store their boat, though! We were supposed to get rain down here all day but it only rained a little overnight.
