This Space is Under Construction. ♥

So, you know me. I'm indecisive. I change my mind all the time about things, and I rely on some of my closest etsy friends to keep me straight. Ha! You know who you are... ♥

This time it's about my blog. I decided several weeks ago to switch my blog over to a 3 column one. And to do that, I had to roll up my sleeves and get a little html savvy, and change it manually... I was scared at first, but I did it!! Although, I'm not sure that I love it.

I wanted to be able to maximize the space, and offer lots of stuff to look at, but I'm starting to think about switching it back to the two columns I had before. As my dad would say... Keep it simple, stupid. Of course, he means no harm by those words, but it's just a way of living. Simplicity. And, I get that from him. No need to messy things up when they were fine the way they were...

Along with that goes the fact that I had thought at one point in time, maybe it would be fun to become a professional blogger... Though, I've learned that I don't think I really have time for that right now. Two shops and a blog are a LOT of work! So, I'm going to scale it back some... and, well... keep it simple.

On top of that, I've got tons of new soap supplies coming in tomorrow, so you know I'll be bragging about that here soon... and lots of new jewelry designs coming into the jewelry shop too! You know I've got 10 necklaces to take pictures of right now?! Hehee... I've been a busy little bee. Let's just say that. ♥

Sometimes it really does feel good to get organized, and I've realized that it doesn't require chaos. I used to think there was a method to the madness, and there was... But, I'm finding it much easier to stay organized than I once thought I could be, and I'm finding myself more productive from it too. And the funny thing is, all I did was really simplify the process. I simplified the number of sections in my jewelry shop, made myself a spreadsheet of all the soaps I'll have in that shop, and have made the most of my tiny spaces in my craft room too.

Well, sounds like this blog post has become quite a bit of a ramble... so I'll go now, but just wanted to wish you all well, and welcome May into our lives. Perhaps spring will finally come too ay?
