My name is Janell, and I am the creator behind the name, DancingMooney... ♥I'm happily married to a wonderful man, and have two quirky dogs and a silly cat that we share our space and time with, in a little 1920's craftsman bungalow.
Meant to reflect my free-spirited side, DancingMooney is a collection of beaded jewelry, handmade soap... and from time to time, I like to dabble in mixed media/collage. In some ways, you could say I am a bit of a late bloomer. I've never really thought of myself as a girly-girl, though I seem to find it easy to express that side of myself through my art.
On my lazy days, I love going for walks, cooking, wine tasting, and I'm learning a little more all the time about gardening. I love listening to music, going to outdoor summer festivals and hanging out at the Oregon Coast or in the woods, next to a cozy campfire. Of course, none of these things are as great as they are, without having wonderful friends and family.
And it's true too, that I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for having such an amazing husband who has given me the support and encouragement to make DancingMooney what it has become.
